Freelancers / self-employed: you connect your calendars, define your vehicle and starting address, then Kilevo keeps your mileage log up to date automatically.
Teams and companies: Team plans allow a manager to track multiple drivers, validate their trips, and export a monthly summary (CSV / PDF) for payroll and accounting.
- the round-trip distance between your starting address and the meeting place,
- applies the mileage scale of the configured country,
- takes into account, if necessary, the vehicle type and trip type (e.g. business / charity in the US).
The detail of the formula used is displayed in your PDF, so you can present it to the administration or your accountant.
You can:
- connect multiple Google calendars, multiple Outlook calendars,
- add ICS / iCalendar sources (business software, CRM, etc.),
- choose which calendars should be taken into account for business trips.
All selected appointments are merged into a single mileage register.
By default, Kilevo imports appointments from your calendars.
For each trip, you can uncheck / exclude it in one click if it is personal or non-deductible.
Excluded trips remain visible in the history, but are not counted in kilometers or mileage allowances.
You can create as many vehicles as needed (thermal, electric, hybrid, etc.).
For each trip, you choose the vehicle used.
If the mileage scale depends on the vehicle, Kilevo automatically applies the correct scale to each trip.
In case of a car change during the year, simply add the new vehicle without breaking the history.
When you create your account:
- you connect your calendars,
- you choose an import start date (for example, January 1st of the previous year),
Kilevo retrieves past appointments and allows you to catch up on a full year in a few minutes, then generate a PDF or CSV for your accounting.
- France (official mileage scale),
- the United States (IRS mileage rates: business / charity...),
- the Netherlands.
We regularly add new countries. If your country does not appear yet, you can report it to us via the contact form: this helps us prioritize the next scales to integrate.

You can generate an annual PDF (or for a given period) with all the information required by the administration: dates, addresses, reasons, distances, amounts, calculation formula, etc.
You can also export a CSV file to import it into your accounting software or spreadsheet if needed.
The Free plan allows you to use Kilevo with a limited number of trips per month, ideal for discovering the software.
The Solo, Duo, Trio, Quad plans unlock unlimited trips, calendar sync, and all advanced features (receipts, exports, team management...).
